So it’s day 1 of the challenge and I am so ready after eating Mcdonalds and Pick up Stix yesterday! The challenge comes with a little notebook to keep track of your day. I will post mine here so you can see what I am doing. I always like starting a challenge on monday, and I like working out first thing in the morning. My work outs right now consist of the gym where I do weights and cardio. Running some days and taking my dog on hikes. I say do whatever makes your soul happy. Just get your body moving and sweating! :))
